- Who cannot meet the requirements with their monthly income
- People who are in extreme difficulty do not go to schools and colleges
- Students who are not able to complete their education due to low monthly income
- Orphaned students and students facing extreme difficulties
- Parents who are educating their children with extreme difficulties
- Due to a lack of resources, students deprived of education in schools and colleges have been declared eligible for the electric motorbikes program.

Registration has started in the electric motorbike program by the Government of Pakistan. Those who complete their registration will included in this program and provided with electric motorbikes.
